Hi Eddie. In answer to your question, the black and white face is of a "green man" that hangs in my garden against the silver birch. There is a photo of it in full somewhere in my gallery. I just caught sight of it with the sun hitting it and decided to do a black & white closeup to see how it would come out. And there were certainly a lot of people down by the canal that afternoon with lots of boats going through. The kids had a lovely time with the lock gates and people stood and watched for ages. Hello Eddie, Great pictures of the plane. One of my personal favorite subjects too. By the way, I couldn't recall seeing a Lincoln Bomber before. I had to refresh my memory by looking it up. Did you know that the one you photographed is famous for being haunted? There are some very spooky stories are associated with this one.

Though I think I know the answer to your last question, It would really be just a guess. After all, there is only one picture of the building.

Yes it was a bit wet - not far from the floods at Morpeth, but there were some sunny days too. And yep, more photos to come. Thank you for visiting and your well wishes, I am fine. Fay did flood areas around our rivers and lakes but I am high and dry where I am. Nothing compared to what the folks in Texas and Louisana have suffered. saying many prayers people in those states. Thank you for asking.
I had posted a pic of me a long time ago and got some weird emails (I dont think you males worry about such a thing...but can get a little creepy for me sometimes) so I took it off. I did just repost due to your request but will likely not leave it up too long...just not into my gallery turning into a MySpace kind of thing. More into posting my photography of nature and other fun stuff.

Most of my photos are from near my home in carmarthenshire south west wales, the badger photos are only half a mile away from my home which i can almost see from my bathroom window if it was`nt for the woodland that surrounds it, the coastal shots are also not more than a mile away near Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park.
When i get a chance i will have another look at your gallery, thanks again for your comments.

Still wet up here ,river flooded its banks but its 4 street's away,lots of flooting cars and flooded houses but were ok .Garden ok if you got waders, wellies to short cant get anything done in it ,love the photos of Storm and the rolling horses,life still hard was very very down but ok now ,thank you so so much for careing .
